Main objectives:
- To effectively provide technical support resources within the Productivity Center and to conduct technical trainings to demonstrate the metal cutting qualities of Sandvik Coromant products.
- To support sales organization by promoting value of selling, improving productivity and by raising the competence level of all Field Force sales staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating the work of the Sandvik Coromant tool, including preparation of demonstrations (writing programs, setting up tools, preparing workpieces, etc.)
- Serving the equipment
- Carrying out routine maintenance in conjunction with the equipment supplier's service company
- Controlling the removal of chips from PC
- Carrying out debugging of the technology of manufacturing customer parts and reworking of the cutting tool
- Conducting tests of the cutting tool
- Participation in preparations and working at exhibitions and other company marketing events
- Keeping Productivity Center demonstration area and its equipment in a proper condition
- Operating Local Demo tools stock
- Providing the necessary reporting to the Head of the Training & Centers Manager SANE
- Execute Sales plan, drive and promote Sandvik Coromant services
Requirements:
- Higher education, specialization in metal cutting
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Broad technical knowledge in metal cutting tools, experience of work with СNС machine, using CAM systems as Master CAM/Siemens NX
- Ability to work on metal cutting machines, knowledge of the market
- Customer focused, outcome oriented, team worker.
- Good communication skills, ability to make independent decisions, multitasking
- MS Office knowledge, English knowledge would be a great advantage (work in international environment)
- Readiness for business trips (up to 20% of working time)
- Driver’s license
