Limited Liability Company is searching for General Manager, who will be able to manage one of the biggest shopping malls in Uzbekistan.
Resposibilities:
- Oversee the strategic business direction modification of the Company towards ensuring customers’ satisfaction and fast internal decision-making.
- Optimise the management structure (including staff count) to streamline and accelerate the decision making within the real estate assets.
- Achieve stable and organic customer base in the currently competitive commercial [SHOPPING CENTRES] real estate landscape of Uzbekistan.
- Optimise the tenant mix of the commercial [SHOPPING CENTRES] real estate.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with the client base.
- Bring cultural change to the Company to align it with the new vision for the business.
Requirements:
- Needs to understand corporate governance practices and how to minimise their impedance of the business processes while maintaining a balance acceptable by the Supervisory Board.
- Must have good diplomatic skills to be able to balance the shareholder’s need for cash flow return and the needs of the business (both revenue-wise and cost-wise).
- Having an already established relationship with the potential tenant entrants to the commercial real estate [SHOPPING CENTRES] would be a plus.
- Higher, relevant certificates in commercial real estate industry are a plus.

Perfect experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
Acceptable experience in Finance Industry. - English is a must, Arabic is a plus

- 8 hours a day
