We are a fast-growing iGaming startup that has existed for one year. In this time, we have built our proprietary platform, which powers casino brands entering the European market. Additionally, we have developed a custom-built affiliate system as a standalone product.

Our company is in an active growth phase, and we are assembling a core team of ambitious professionals who will help us build an exceptional business.

We're looking for a talented Recruiter to join our growing team!

What You Will Do:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring.
• Actively source candidates using various tools and strategies.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Maintain and update the ATS system.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for roles.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What We Expect:

• At least 1 year as a Recruiter/Talent Sourcer/HR in the iGaming industry.
• Experience working with ATS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and result-driven mindset.
• Fluency in Russian, English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
