We are looking for a Account receivable credit control specialist for our client - leading international company in the oil transportation sector. With a strong presence in global markets and rapid growth, this organization is seeking talented individual to support its expanding operations. Headquartered in Dubai, the company is at the forefront of energy logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trade A/R quality control, proactive communication with relevant stakeholders for bad debt risk
- Customer invoices daily billing and posting in 1C (Prepayment and Final)
- Reconciliation of balances with customers
- Month close procedure
- Ad Hoc requests from management
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Strong proficiency in English (B2 and upper), with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Excel & Google Sheets; 1C experienced user.
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customers billing and credit control, accounting area.
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines; Comfortable handling large datasets and working across multiple financial streams.
- Proactive and Growth-Oriented: A proactive mindset, ready to take ownership of financial processes; Willingness to learn and grow with the company as new challenges arise.
