Job Description:
We’re looking for a versatile children's music composer and sound engineer to craft original songs for a globally beloved YouTube channel for toddlers (2–3 yrs). You’ll work directly with the Creative Director to create emotionally engaging, educational, and movement-driven music that aligns with visuals and storytelling.
Responsibilities:

Compose original songs & music for YouTube shorts across various genres.

Build engaging, toddler-friendly arrangements.

Record, edit, and layer vocals.

Responsible for Sfx that are needed for the songs and YouTube shorts.

Mix and master all songs for YouTube-quality output.

Adapt music precisely to match animation pacing and structure.

Respond to feedback with flexibility and attention to creative direction.

Deliver high-quality audio assets on time and well-organized.
- Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience in composing and producing music specifically for children, particularly 0–5 yrs.
- Strong ability to craft engaging, educational, and entertaining songs that align with holistic child development principles.
- Proficiency in various music production software and tools.
- Educational Background:
- Degree in Music Composition, Music Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Creativity and Storytelling:
- Ability to collaborate creatively with content creators and animators to integrate music seamlessly with video content.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of audio editing and music production software to ensure high production quality.
- Experience in maintaining production deadlines and meeting project requirements consistently.
Personal Attributes:
- Passionate about creating music that supports children's education and development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely alongside a creative team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
