Position: Senior HCP Lead
Division: Consumer Health
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements brand / category activation strategy and tactics at the customer level. Implements promotional strategies based on research analysis as well as knowledge based on future opportunities and current market conditions among HCPs, proactively studying competitors and proposing new ideas. Participates in the preparation of Product (Portfolio) strategy in terms of customer needs and superior formulas for certain nosologies. Participates in the preparation of communication strategies in terms of providing product information, choosing the most unique qualities that have the greatest potential to fight competitors and adapt tailor key messages for customers.
- Provides preparation of marketing information for the cycle book and for the cycle meetings. Collaborates with the sales department to align customer brand / category promotion strategies. Analyzes the market situation and quickly responds to its changes, initiates innovation (development of new products), and leads the formation of competitive messages.
- Manages the database of national opinion leaders (Key Opinion Leader, KOL): identifies the most respected speakers, promotes the creation of individual development plans, ensures loyalty to CH brands through long-term partnerships, manages document flow, oversees contacts with leading regional opinion leaders, selects the most potential scientists to form the future generation of speakers. Ensures the company's participation in key federal events develops annual educational plan, ensures the turnout of the medical community and the representation of the corporate image, ensures the effectiveness of the location at the event and the time in the program, informs employees about the results of events (newsletters and promotional materials).
- Is a member of the category team, which helps ensure consistency of the customer marketing strategy with the overall and global brand / category strategy, provides medical expertise in issues related to health topics, the mechanism of action of competitive advantages. Identifies the least effective business practices and makes adjusts them. Conducts cross-functional meetings to keep the team informed of changing market trends.
- Provides an analysis of key performance indicators based on market research data, evaluates the customer marketing mix to determine the most effective and profitable types of activity. Determines changes in the behavior of the target audience and introduces innovations into the marketing mix.
- Develops a promotional strategy and promotional mix for brands to communicate key brand information most effectively to customers. Plans, develops, and ensures the availability of the necessary assets for the implementation of the promotion plan.
- Plans, controls, and ensures the effectiveness of the use of the marketing budget (field marketing activities, fees of opinion leaders, etc.). Distributes the budget to optimize the potential of the brand. Introduces specific new projects that allow you to stay ahead of competitors.
Important for us:
- Higher medical or pharmaceutical education, a PhD degree is an advantage.
- Education in economics or marketing is an advantage.
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
- Experience in sales is an advantage.
- Marketing functional competencies: Understanding the market and the customer, Brand strategy, Marketing mix.
- An experienced computer user and MS Office software package.
- English language proficiency (oral and written): at least Intermediate.
- Work in accordance with the DSO values.
