Responsibilities:
- Be the brand expert for the russian market (retail, on-line,wholesale)
- Understand trends and create range of product that follows the Brand development direction
- Show full understanding of the product creation process: research & benchmark, product idea/brief document creation, design & development of each product in range
- Work within cross-functional team Design, Development and Category Management to assure product creation process with a desired outcome
- Actively analyse our internal business and sales, draw conclusions and propose action steps to achieve target results
- Prepare and present your ranges and business related topics
Requirements for a candidate:
- Excellent communication skills ( presentation, ideas, brief & X-functionally)
- Highly collaborative, pro-active, self- motivated & with “go-to” attitude
Fashion and streetwear understanding - Passion for latest trends
- Analytical skills and creativity
- Product, marketing , buying/assortment background with at least 4 years of experience in the industry
- Experience in “A brands” is helpful
- Education: : University Degree
- English level: : advanced
- Program ownership: : Excel, Power point
