Web Analyst

Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain web analytics systems: Configure Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and other analytics tools to ensure accurate data collection and event tracking across all digital assets (websites, mobile apps).
- Develop end-to-end analytics: Build comprehensive data pipelines that connect marketing channels, website interactions, and CRM data to visualize the entire customer journey from acquisition to conversion.
- Configure and optimize events and goals: Implement event tracking, custom dimensions, and conversion goals in GTM and GA4 to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) effectively.
- Create and automate dashboards: Develop real-time and ad-hoc dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or QlikSense to provide management and teams with actionable insights.
- Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels: Identify patterns in user interactions, discover drop-off points, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates.
- Support marketing and product teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements, set up A/B tests, and analyze campaign performance.
- Provide insights for business growth: Analyze marketing channels’ efficiency (CPA, ROI, LTV) and generate insights to optimize advertising spend and enhance product engagement.
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot issues: Ensure the accuracy of data collection, identify anomalies, and resolve tracking discrepancies promptly.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments: Design and evaluate experiments to test new product features, marketing strategies, and UX improvements.
- Deliver regular reports and presentations: Summarize findings, visualize data, and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders in both technical and non-technical formats
Obligatory
- Experience with web analytics tools: Strong expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), including event tracking, goal setup, and conversion measurement.
- Hands-on experience with GTM: Ability to configure events, set up tags, triggers, and variables, and ensure accurate data collection.
- Proficiency in end-to-end analytics (E2E): Experience in building analytics systems that cover the entire customer journey, from the first interaction with marketing channels to website behavior and final conversion.
- Strong data visualization and reporting skills: Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or QlikSense to create automated dashboards and reports.
- SQL knowledge: Ability to write complex queries, extract and process data, and work with relational databases.
- Experience with usability testing: Conducting usability tests on websites and mobile applications, interpreting results, and providing insights for product improvement.
- A/B testing and data analysis: Experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing A/B tests to validate product and marketing hypotheses.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to translate complex analytical insights into clear and actionable recommendations for business and technical teams.
Mandatory
• Experience with additional analytics tools:
Familiarity with Yandex Metrica, AppMetrica, Firebase, AppsFlyer, or other web and mobile analytics platforms.
• Python skills: Experience with analytical libraries (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib) for data processing and automation.
• Knowledge of data warehousing solutions: Experience with ClickHouse, BigQuery, or other data storage systems.
