As a Solution Engineer Intern, you'll embark on an immersive educational journey during the first half of the year. You'll gain in-depth knowledge of Infobip products, integration techniques, processes, and the internal tools and infrastructure projects that power our services. By shadowing our experienced team members, you'll absorb valuable insights into your upcoming responsibilities and the world of Solution Engineering.
Post the onboarding phase, roll up your sleeves as you dive into engineering and project management tasks. You'll be hands-on in building robust infrastructures to bolster Infobip’s services and cater to our expanding needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Infobip’s offerings from both technical and commercial perspectives.
- Gathering and analyzing technical specifications from clients
- Structuring data and managing project-related documentation.
- Conducting research under the guidance of your mentor.
- Contributing to troubleshooting process.
- Gradually leading smaller projects or project segments.
More about you:
- You are available to start with internship in April 2025
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- You demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and professional growth.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Show a keen interest in technology trends and business knowledge
- Has a strong engineering background and understands telecom, network technology and the concept of SaaS
- Have experience with JavaScript, HTTP/HTTPS API, SMPP
- Speak Russian and English
- You interested in developing your career as a Solution Engineer / Sales Engineer in IT/ SaaS business
