Your Role: Lead Project Manager (Implementation & Process Development)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of DISPL's solutions for B2B clients and partners.
- Develop, refine, and streamline implementation processes to ensure smooth onboarding and product integration.
- Create and manage project timelines, working closely with clients, internal teams, and partners to ensure on-time delivery.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), manuals, and guidelines (with Support & Customer Success teams) for both internal teams and external partners.
- Automate key aspects of the product implementation process to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Design training materials and guides for DISPL Academy to empower clients and partners to implement and scale the product independently.
- Collaborate with the product and support teams to identify opportunities for improvement in the client experience.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to track the success of implementations and ensure continuous improvement.
Process Development:
- Build internal workflows for project execution, including cross-functional collaboration with sales, support, and product teams.
- Define and document best practices for efficient project management and client onboarding.
- Lead initiatives to automate manual processes, reducing implementation time and improving consistency across projects.
- Ensure that all team members have clear instructions, guidelines, and tools to execute their roles effectively.
Client Empowerment:
- Design scalable training programs and educational content to enable clients and partners to self-implement and manage the product.
- Develop certification and support frameworks that can be leveraged by clients to train their own teams.
- Lead client and partner workshops, webinars, and training sessions as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Languages: Fluent English and Russian – required; advanced Spanish/Portuguese is an advantage.
- Working time zone: CET + 1(2) hours
- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or technology implementation.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale client implementations and process development.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and experience with automation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on developing clear and actionable documentation.
- Experience in developing training and educational materials.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools (e.g., Jira), and automation platforms.
- Familiarity with IoT, Computer Vision, System Engineering, Digital Signage technologies.
