Job Description:
We are seeking a talented HR Specialist with expertise in recruitment, adaptation and T&D to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, as well as supporting new hires in their transition and integration into the company. Full-time, remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization
- Utilize multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source qualified candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to assess candidate fit
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and integration activities
- Provide ongoing support to new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment, adaptation and T&D and other hr processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding and T&D processes
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and employees
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively
