A Large pharmaceutical company is looking for Data privacy officer
Tasks:
- Privacy Protection Strategy
- Leadership and Governance: Lead and implement privacy strategies and focus areas to maintain a solid governance framework at the company level, ensuring compliance with data protection principles and laws.
- Policy and Regulation Development: Develop, update, and issue privacy protection-related policies, regulations, contractual provisions, and documents to be integrated into business processes.

Условия труда в компании на вакантном месте такие:
- evaluate personal data processing activities and assess gaps and risks customizing mitigation plans in accordance with company's internal documents.
- Regular Monitoring: Monitor data management procedures and business activities related to personal data on a regular basis
- Culture Enhancement: Enhance employees' awareness of privacy essentials through training programs, internal communications, privacy campaigns, and adjustments to the local personal data portal, fostering a culture of compliance and ethical practices.
- Consulting & Support
- Engagement with State Authorities and Industry Associations
- Ensuring the Achievement of company's Strategic Priorities in Legal and Compliance
- Higher Education Degree: A degree from an accredited school in the field of law or information security is required.
- Additional Certification: Certificates in privacy, information security or compliance (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM, CDPSE) are considered a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data protection officer or other equivalent senior role in the field of personal data compliance, preferably within the legal firm or the pharmaceutical, medical devices, telecommunications, IT, information security or FMCG industry.
- Experience in information security and general compliance issues is considered a plus.
- Experience in direct interaction with related government authorities (Roskomnadzor, Ministry for Digital Development, FSTEC, etc.) regarding requests, dawn raids, inspections is a plus
- English - Advanced (oral and written) is a must
