We're looking for a genius Marketing manager with 3-6 years of relevant experience able to take care about all marketing activities and effectively lead a team of 2 people. This person will report to General manager.

Job duties - wide range of challenging and inspiring tasks to provide 360 degrees marketing support:

• Creation and implementation of a brand development strategy.
• Preparation, update and implementation of marketing business plans.
• Search for new products, design development, packaging development, communication with the manufacturer on the release of new products, creation of product descriptions.
• Development of a marketing strategy to attract customers.
• Maintaining and developing skills and knowledge about the Company's products for the successful promotion of products on the market, consulting customers and end consumers.
• Planning and follow-up of promo activities, events, on-line activities, marketing activities attract customers and increase brand awareness. Analysis of performance and efficiency of such activities.
• Budget planning and follow-up activities.
• Continuous evaluation and development of the matrix of goods sold.
• Responsibility for launching new products and other marketing projects i
• Constant search for new creative ideas, methods for the development of marketing and sales
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, logistics) to develop, execute and monitor strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements to ensure successful work:

• 3-6 years of experience in various marketing areas, particularly in brand development, ATL, BTL in FMCG/DIY is mandatory
• Strong managerial and interpersonal skills are mandatory
• English intermediate level is mandatory
• Advanced Excel user
• Knowledge of landscape design and gardening will be an advantage
• Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
• Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
• Responsible person who is eager to work in a great team, face challenges and find creative ways to solve them.
