Our client, a leading company in the oil and gas industry, is looking for a professional to join their team as an:

Field Supervisor (Lower or Upper Well Completions)

Depending on experience and competencies, this employee will be responsible for conducting downhole equipment installation and deployment operations on projects utilizing sand control technologies (open-hole gravel packing, stand-alone screens), hydraulic packers, safety valves, and intelligent well monitoring systems (pressure and temperature gauges, fiber optics). The position involves a rotational work schedule (30 days on / 30 days off).

Objectives

• Perform equipment deployment and installation for lower or upper well completions at field sites.

• Conduct technical supervision and evaluate equipment performance.

• Collaborate with customers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project.

• Participate in investigations of incidents or accidents.

• Adhere to safety and quality standards at all stages of operations.

Expectations

• Higher or specialized secondary education.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in lower or upper completions on technologically complex projects using modern technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of well completion equipment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• English proficiency is an advantage.

• Willingness to work on a rotational basis.
