Now, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to help us find and onboard talented professionals for our growing team.

Who are we looking for?
You are an experienced recruiter who can manage hiring processes across multiple regions, combining local and international recruitment. If you have excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to see you in our team.

What will you do?

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across various regions.
• Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, hh.ru, local job boards, and other tools.
• Conduct interviews in English and Russian, coordinate with hiring managers, and extend job offers.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
• Collaborate with HR to improve onboarding processes and enhance candidate experience.

Our expectations:

• Experience in recruitment from 1 year, with exposure to both local and international hiring.
• Strong communication skills in English and Russian.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with various job markets and adapting recruitment strategies.
