Responsibilities:-
Develop a targeted influencer collaboration strategy, focusing on increasing brand awareness and influencer-related sales

Establish initial contacts with influencers, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.

Create and execute creative campaigns to promote the products via influencers
-
Coordinate all campaign stages, from planning through implementation and post-campaign analysis.

Define key performance metrics (KPIs) for each campaign.
- Coordinated content releases to adhere to campaign schedules
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, DMs, and interacting with relevant posts to build a loyal community
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to keep our Social media presence fresh and relevant

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or influencer marketing.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience in negotiations and contract management.

Knowledge of various social media platforms and their specific influencer dynamics.
- Proficient in photography and video editing

Fluency in English
-
German, french or other european language skills are an advantage
