As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and translating business needs into effective technical solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, developers, and architects, you will be responsible for defining requirements, optimizing processes, and facilitating the successful execution of blockchain-related projects. Your deep technical expertise in blockchain, data architecture, and token standards will help drive our vision of building cutting-edge, decentralized platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for blockchain and data architecture initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with the overall technical strategy.
- Create detailed process flows, data flow diagrams, and system architecture diagrams to illustrate business processes, data handling, and solution frameworks.
- Use diagramming software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar tools) to visualize complex workflows, systems interactions, and technical designs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and impact analysis to support project scoping and planning.
- Work closely with developers, architects, and project managers to ensure that technical solutions meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations for process improvements, data integration, and system efficiency.
- Stay current on blockchain technology trends, data architecture advancements, and token standard updates, applying insights to enhance the company's product offerings.
- Develop detailed use cases, user stories, and workflows for blockchain-based solutions.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure solutions are tested, validated, and meet requirements.
- Document and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring understanding and alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Math, or a related field.
- English at C1 or higher.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, or similar role within the blockchain or technology sector.
- Good knowledge of diagramming software.
- Good understanding of blockchain technology, including consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
- Experience in data architecture and data integration.
- An understanding of API integration, data modeling, and database concepts (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with business analysis frameworks, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate complex technical requirements into actionable business plans.
