Datamotion team is looking for an experienced YouTube producer to develop our network of educational channels about trading and investments. We need someone who will take full responsibility for creating high-quality content, working with experts, and scaling channels with the support of a strong team and substantial budget.

About Us

We are developing a network of educational YouTube channels about trading and investments in multiple languages, reaching a multi-million audience worldwide.

Our mission is to help traders of all levels achieve their financial goals. We make complex financial concepts accessible and understandable, help beginners avoid common mistakes, and provide experienced traders with relevant trading ideas and strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of channel growth strategies;

• Content planning and execution;

• Participation in marketing funnel development;

• Competitors, niche, and trend analysis;

• Search for references, ideas, and topics for content, analysis of successful visual, scripting, and structural techniques;

• Content production planning and management: task assignment to scriptwriters and designers, video production coordination;

• Finding experts, negotiating and contracting for long-term cooperation and one-time collaborations;

• Implementation of AI tools in production;

• Channel SEO optimization;

• Marketing promotion: advertising and integrations;

• Analysis of financial metrics, growth metrics, and retention.

Expected Results:

• Achievement of financial KPIs;
• Achievement of audience acquisition and retention metrics.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of YouTube production experience;
• Experience in financial content;
• Experience in finding and attracting experts;
• Experience with marketing funnels;
• Strong expertise in YouTube analytics and third-party optimization tools;
• Successful cases of AI tools implementation in content creation;
• English proficiency level B2 or higher.
