An established investment consulting firm is looking for a Project & Structured Finance Manager to lead and execute project finance transactions across Russia, CIS, and Eastern Europe. This role is designed for professionals with substantial experience in banking, consulting, or financial analytics, capable of managing large-scale investment projects and fostering relationships with top-tier corporations and financial institutions.Responsibilities:
- Project Team Leadership: lead and coordinate project teams, creating work plans and overseeing transaction processes.
- Developing financial models, conducting economic assessments, and sensitivity analysis.
- Structuring deals, preparing risk matrices, and analyzing business model alternatives.
- Conducting financial and economic analysis of investment projects and preparing business plans.
- Preparing presentations, financing option reports, investment memoranda, and credit applications.
- Supporting credit application processes, including due diligence and independent expert reviews.
- Reviewing and negotiating credit/project documentation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct negotiations with borrowers, investors, creditors, and other transaction participants.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: promote project finance consulting services, attract new clients, and prepare and negotiate consulting agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Business, etc.).
- At least 5 years of experience in banking, consulting, or financial analytics.
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in financial modeling, business plan preparation, and deal structuring within project finance.
- Proven experience in preparing analytical reports, evaluations, and informational memoranda.
- Deep understanding of Russian and international financial markets.
- Hands-on experience managing project finance transactions through the complete lifecycle.
- Proficiency in engaging with various types of creditors, including commercial banks, development institutions, investment funds, export credit agencies, and capital market investors, with a clear understanding of their standards and practices.
- Fluent in English.
