At Veretin Recruitment, we specialize in providing high-quality full-cycle recruitment services to Web3 startups and companies in need of technological development talent. Our focus is on sourcing top-tier senior blockchain devs only. We are the startup with a small and very dedicated team
We are looking for entry-level technical recruiter who has a strong background with Web3/crypto and the information technology that can help the hiring process at Veretin Recruitment
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of working experience as a tech recruiter
- good Web3 and blockchain fundamentals (1+ year of relevant experience)
- English language proficiency (C1)
- inclined with multiple development tech stacks
Key Responsibilities:
- find and contact potential candidates for skills screening
- conduct the initial interview with the candidate to assess their qualifications
- maintain active communication with the team lead for inquiries and business optimisation
- perform administrative support such as updating the ATS/CRM etc.
- create reports and present them to the team to track KPIs

- basic salary of $300/month (performance based increments) + commission
