Due to expansion, MSG Real Estate Company has an open position for a Customer Support Specialist (No Broker or Real Estate agent vacancy).
MSG is a real estate investment fund in the UAE, providing stable capital growth for clients. We specialize in flipping apartments:
We buy apartments in downtown Dubai ? carry out designer renovations ? resell the project.
Important: you do not need to sale apartment – you need to build a strong relationship with a brokers and убеждать их cooperate with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
? Organize open houses and expand the agent and client funnel (mailing, sms mailings and calls to brokers);
? Develop and implement effective mailing strategies, set brokers invite targets;
? Search and connect with new agents and agencies;
? Maintaining procurement documentation and reporting using CRM and MS Office;
? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers, addressing client
inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience to foster repeat business and
referrals.
We are a perfect match if you have:
? A minimum of 2 years of Sales experience/Сustomer support (experience in Real Estate is a plus).
? B2 level in English (additional language such as Russian is a plus).
? Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
? Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM.
