We are seeking a Specialist in Support and Acquisition of Algorithmic Clients to join our team.
The ideal candidate will manage relationships with existing clients, identify and acquire new algorithmic clients, and provide technical support to ensure optimal use of our trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing algorithmic trading clients;
- Identify and acquire new clients interested in algorithmic trading solutions;
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the use of our trading platforms and APIs;
- Educate clients about the platform’s features and how they align with their trading strategies;
- Analyze client feedback to identify areas for platform improvement and relay suggestions to the development team;
- Participation in conferences and seminars to expand networking and attract clients;
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the platform efficiently;
- Proactively monitor client activities to preempt and resolve technical or strategic issues;
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and development teams to implement custom solutions for HFT, algorithmic clients and prop teams.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in client support, acquisition, or algorithmic trading-related roles;
- Strong understanding of algorithmic trading strategies and platforms, familiarity with trading APIs, FIX protocol, and financial market structures;
- Expertise in the specifics of DMA business, including direct exchange connections and Cross Connect;
- Understanding of direct connections: FIX, FAST, TWIME, SIMBA, and others;
- Deep understanding of exchange and clearing infrastructure;
- Experience in servicing HFT clients with technical infrastructure support;
- Ability to analyze client needs and suggest appropriate solutions;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical clients;
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving client issues related to algorithmic trading platforms;
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team;

- Ability to speak and write in English fluently will be a competitive advantage.
