Responsibilities:

• Developing work plans, assigning tasks, and monitoring deadlines and quality of execution.
• Organizing effective interaction between teams.
• Managing project risks: assessment, reducing likelihood, and minimizing consequences.
• Developing leadership qualities in team leaders and motivating employees to achieve goals.
• Participating in team recruitment (conducting final interviews).

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in game development companies.
• Proven experience in organizing development processes and managing distributed teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Atlassian, Miro, Google Docs.
• Experience with methodologies like Agile, Kanban, elements of Scrum, and structured project management, with the ability to adapt them to specific team needs.
• Understanding the product lifecycle and managing product quality.
• Results-oriented approach and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in organizing the development process and managing a distributed team.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Atlassian, Miro, and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with methodologies like Agile, Kanban, elements of Scrum, and structured project management, with the ability to adapt them to the specific needs of teams.
• Results-oriented, well-organized.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of the mobile and social gaming market and its specifics.
• Experience with analytics and the ability to use it to improve development processes and key performance indicators.
