Main accountabilities:

• Development of Category and Sourcing Strategies for the Technology scope and implementation of them via strategic sourcing projects and other non-sourcing initiatives;
• Lead strategic negotiations: develop & execute negotiation strategy, e-sourcing, run RFI/RFQ and best cost-quality scenario for the company;
• Perform supplier relationship management through monitoring of key deliverables (SLA, KPI & Financials);
• Ensure supply chain security by maintaining an operational follow-up with key stakeholders regarding future volume forecasts & operational needs;
• Provide analytics reporting on actual volumes/ prices and variances vs. budget;
• Ensure & guarantee compliance with internal policies through the sourcing process and implementation of tenders;
• Generate savings and capture other benefits (payment terms, sustainability, innovations etc), drive continuous improvement in the assigned area;
• Responsible to identify risks and develop category mitigation plans;
• Drive deal validation, contract initiation & terms negotiation. Contract approval and signature process control, contract implementation;
• Monitor suppliers and contract performance and take appropriate corrective actions where needed;
• Assure timely contract renewal and manage/plan contract expiration dates;
• Understand, follow and guarantee compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• University level;
• English – level intermediate;
• Strong negotiation, influencing and leadership skills;
• Strategic mindset, conceptual and analytical thinking, results-oriented, stress resistant, self-starter who likes to take initiative;
• Strong verbal and written communication in a clear, meaningful, and timely manner;
• Ability to work under tight timelines and display strong ownership;
• Project management skills and ability to manage complex cross-country, cross-functional scope;
• Advanced PC Office tools, SAP systems, presentation skills. Understanding of sourcing tools is a benefit;
• Team player with empathy and positive energy;
