Dear candidates, this position belongs to our partner's company and is available to expats living in Malaysia or those who willing to relocate
This position involves the functional management of the partnership department in key countries - Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and India.
We are looking for the person who will be responsible for Business development targets as well as Team development indicators
Responsibilities:

Expanding the Company’s presents in all key markets - Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, India;

Establishing and managing the relationships with the existing and new IBs;
-
Developing the monthly and annual business development targets;
-
Meeting the monthly business development targets as agreed upon with Head of Partnership department and CEO;
-
Monitoring and analysing the overall global and regional industry trends;
-
Hiring, mentoring and adaptation employees of Partnership Department;
-
Developing a KPI system for the Partnership department;
-
Providing valuable inputs and guidance for the managed teams for fine tuning business development strategies;
-
Representing the Company in key industry-related exhibitions and trade fairs together with the Marketing department;
-
Ensuring continuous compliance of all business development activities with the local regulatory requirements of the respective countries;

Consulting with the Marketing department to adapt global marketing strategies for local markets;
-
Reporting directly to the Head of Partnership department and CEO.
Requirements:
-
Permanent location - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (relocation readiness);
-
At least 3 years of proven related experience (Head of Sales, Head of Business Development, Head of Partnership ) within the FX industry;

Ability and willingness to long business trips to spend a lot of their time traveling;

English level at least С1;
-
High degree of responsibility;

Strong Management and Leadership qualities;

High communication and negotiation skills;
-
Excellent Organisational and Analytical Skills;
-
Independence in daily duties and tasks, Positive can-do attitude;

Higher education in management and economics.
