• Research competitors in the Mexican market, Top Global Neobanks to update and create the best usage part of Mobile APP using global best practices and customer needs.
• Manage a product Agile team incl using all necessary meetings.
• Create the team's backlog to evolve and develop it.
• Build/develop simple and user-friendly functionality for the client on transfers, payments, transactions, etc.
• Conduct research to investigate the customer experience of using the mobile appcation, based on the results of which to form and implement a backlog.
• Create and launch different promotions to utilize credit limit in APP, credit card transactions, average transaction amount, etc.
• Reporting development and implementation to see the efficiency of usage APP part.
• Develop methodological documents for the full launch and functionality of usage APP part.
• Cooperation with marketing, IT, finance, legal departments and other departments that will be necessary in the process of developing and launching usage APP part in HQ and countries.

Experience:

• Experience in managing Agile team, developing and launching Mobile APP functionality.
• Experience in banking with Debit/Credit cards from 5 years with a focus on their efficiency, attracting new customers, increasing key card metrics.
• Conducting key research, competitive analysis related to Mobile APP.
• Bachelor's degree in banking and/or finance.
• Proficiency in English (B2 and above).
• Excellent analytical and managing skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work both independently and as part of a team, sound judgment and business acumen, ability to defend your point of view, drive results.
• Ability to work with and manage product teams.
