How you are going to make an impact

Collaborate closely with the product department to align technical development with product roadmaps and business goals.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Act as a technical evangelist, promoting a deep understanding of our products within the engineering team.
Develop strategies for talent acquisition and retention to ensure a strong and motivated engineering workforce.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing bottlenecks or challenges promptly.
Ensure the reliability and scalability of the technological infrastructure supporting 24/7 availability.
Develop and optimize processes to ensure rapid release of new features and updates.
Develop and implement strategic technology plans.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies, platforms, and tools to enhance efficiency and quality of the product.

Discover your Fit

5+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles, overseeing and managing high-load, large-scale projects.
3+ years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry, with a solid understanding of trading platforms, financial services, and related technologies.
Strong people management skills, with a proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing technical teams.
Experience managing a team of 70+ employees, with a demonstrated ability to drive performance and maintain team cohesion in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, aligning the team with company goals and strategies.
Advanced Russian and English.
