We a looking for professional Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute digital performance function across all channels for Haier Kitchen business in Russia and CIS (Kazakhstan)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal and external teams to develop performance campaigns;
• Coordinate production of content for campaigns;
• Build strong relationships with external partners and suppliers.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven Performance marketing Manager with different industries experience;
• Advanced working knowledge of digital media trends and strategies;
• Excellent knowledge in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta, A/B testing, Yandex Metrika, Yandex Direct;
• Work closely with the analytics team to develop and implement data-driven bidding strategies that optimize campaign performance;
• Solid knowledge of Search Engine optimization, keyword research;
• Use your expertise to develop advanced tracking and tagging solutions to ensure accurate measurement of campaign performance;
• Manage budgets and bid strategies to ensure that campaigns are meeting performance targets;
• Excellent copywriting skills;
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video);
• Self-starter who thrives with the autonomy to recommend and initiate work on projects with minimal direction.

Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience and passion for new technologies, mathematic, art and design;
• Experience in the furniture business as a plus;
• Love of entertainment and desire to work for a company that is challenging;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Russian and English;
• Track record of strategic planning, creative thinking and delivery on major digital campaigns.
