Pravilo.Moscow is an international network of studios that specializes in personal training using the Pravilo simulator. We have conducted more than 50,000 training sessions, developing a unique method that combines strength training, meditation practices, stretching, and relaxation.
Our training sessions are always customized to the individual needs of our clients and can be supplemented with additional practices such as using a board with nails for stretching, the Glisson's loop for neck exercises.
We plan to open a club in Dubai and invite you to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting individual training sessions using the "Pravilo" simulator.
- Teaching clients the techniques for performing exercises.
- Monitoring the correctness of their performance.
- Supporting and motivating clients throughout the training process.
- Adapting the program to the individual characteristics and goals of each client.
- Training is accompanied by additional practices such as working with a board with nails and stretching the neck using a Glisson's loop.
Requirements:
- Experience as a trainer or instructor in the fields of fitness, yoga, or physical therapy for at least one year.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate and support clients.
- Willingness to learn and master new techniques.
- Certificates and diplomas in physical education or sports.
- Proficiency in conversational English.
