Kartsev primary school is looking for a Primary/Elementary School teacher for our schoolers. This is part time work - 2 lessons a day, usually 5 days a week. Lessons start at 15:30 and finish at 17:00.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Teaching English by communicate approach through games and involving activities
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons that meet each child’s needs and interests. Develop and implement lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate for the children in the class
- Observe and assess each child’s progress, keeping accurate and up-to-date records
- Help children develop self-control and emotional regulation skills
- Maintaining a safe environment for children by enforcing safety regulations and procedures
- Encourage creativity and independent thinking through exploration and play
- Model positive behavior and social interactions for the children
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure a smooth running classroom and program
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child’s development and daily activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting classroom environment
- Participate in professional development opportunities to keep abreast of new trends and best practices in early childhood education
- Perform other duties as assigned by the director
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in school education or related field
- 2+ years experience teaching in a school setting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Creative approach to lesson planning and classroom management
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
Conditions:
- Salary is 2800 rubles for a day (1 day = 2 lessons)
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 15:30 - 17:00 (incl. 10 minutes of break between 2 lessons)
- The school is in near by Krasnopresnenskaya, Barikadnaya, Smolenskaya
