Our client, one of the world leaders in the field of electronics manufacturing, is looking for a Home appliance technical support engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Technical support of Authorized service centers and other divisions of the company by mail, through the website, including online mode (phone, text messengers);
• Preparation and conduct of technical trainings, both face-to-face and remotely;
• Checking warranty reports for their correctness;
• Daily work in the company's system: registration of parts, approval of requests for non-maintainability of products;
• Development of technical solutions to eliminate defects, reduce the cost of repairs or increase customer satisfaction;
• Timely notification of the manufacturer and quality departments about the quality problem, collection of information and defective samples;
• Carrying out the refinement of equipment according to the manufacturer's instructions;
• Elimination of defects in technology;
• Monitoring of indicators and development, implementation and control of measures to improve them;
• Regular reporting on completed work;
• Other orders of the head within the framework of the work function.

• Higher technical education;
• Written and verbal English (B1);
• Work experience in service centers (or similar fields) from 1 year;
• Work experience in the field of home appliance repair (will be an advantage);
• An experienced computer user (MS excel, MS word);
• Diligence, job accuracy, result oriented;
• Good communication skills.

• Registration according to the Labour Code of the Russian Federation, white wages;
• Development in a large foreign company;
• Work schedule: 5/2, flexible start and end of the working day, the employee chooses the start of working hours from 7 to 10 am (office work format). Opening hours can be changed no more than once a month;
• Extended social package: VHI (from the first day of work), compensation for mobile communications, discounts on corporate products after the trial period;
• Barricade metro station
