Key Responsibilities:Create and manage product listings on Amazon, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to improve product ranking and visibility.
Develop and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) to drive traffic and sales.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize listings and campaigns.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Respond to customer inquiries and reviews, providing excellent customer service.
Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Amazon Seller Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including listing creation, SEO, and PPC advertising.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and using tools such as Excel and Amazon analytics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other e-commerce platforms (e. g. , eBay, Shopify) is a plus.
Familiarity with Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and inventory management.
