NPS (Non-Production Spend) Procurement including all NPS procurement categories - starting with needs analysis, market research and cost models, continuing to build an uninterrupted system of working with suppliers in close cooperation with departments - internal clients, achieving goals for productivity / payment terms / category coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Active participation in Tender policy implementation (in line with local and Global guidelines);
• Participation in improvement of existing work processes under control of Manager;
• Compliance monitoring;
• Active participation in purchasing strategies development for key categories such as: office rental, office services, travel, transportation, warehouse, trade marketing, IT etc.;
• Build interaction with an internal client: working with internal stakeholders;
• Build interaction with an external clients and suppliers;
• Manage the current supplier base. Maintaining and strengthening ongoing relationships with existing suppliers and contingency suppliers;
• Market research of potential suppliers for new materials / services;
• Due diligence of new suppliers;
• Together and under control of Manager provide check formal supplier capability assessment and to participation in performance management using KPIs;
• Participation in the organization of Tenders;
• Lead small tenders, within the trusted limit, and negotiate terms and conditions of the deal with Suppliers after approvals from management team;
• Proactively manage Tenders pipeline, act applying “Can do” mentality;
• Regular provide negotiation process of commercial Terms and Conditions;
• Preparation of tender documentation and collection of approvals for big Tenders.

Experience and qualification requirements:

• Higher education (economic / financial);
• Good command of Excel and Power Point;
• English language - upper-intermediate;
• Experience in procurement (preferably in FMCG) - at least 3 years.

• Ability to work with high workload and time pressure;
