An international stable company is looking for Logistics Specialist.

What you will do:

• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with carriers and collaborative relationships with internal departments

• Control and coordinate transportation goods to customers (shipment out) and provide accurate data to Finance (Sales recognition)

• Issue shipping documents in the local ERP (1C)

• Support with EDI connection with customers

• Collect documents related to sales recognition and accurately track them in the system and local registers

• Support and coordinate logistics aspects of locally or globally defined projects (including labeling)

• Tracing of inventory by part and serial numbers, etc., in the local ERP for further delivery to dealers and control traceability for corporate needs and requirements (Service, Marketing, and RAQA)

• Support shipment processes when necessary: organization of shipment, importation, and coordination with broker/transportation for DEMO, Refurbished, Registration samples for Stryker LLC

• Consolidated open order preparation for forecasting purposes

• Coordination of collecting requested documents by auditors and other third parties

• Work with customer claims

• Participate in the physical inventory counting

What You Need:

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience with a Diploma/Degree or equivalent in the related field

• Experience with ERP is desirable

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel

• Proficient in written and spoken English at least at an Intermediate/ Upper Intermediate level

• Responsibility, perseverance, attention to details

• Experience working with large databases

• Excellent communication skills, handling objections

• Strong customer satisfaction focused
