Main Accountabilities:
- Responsible for leading the internal audit activities of ABInBev Efes operations covering 11 breweries and 3 malteries in Russia;
- Execute risk assessments, develop, propose and manage the annual audit plan, plan and monitor resource needs and budget of the internal audit function;
- Manage an Internal Audit team in conjunction to ensure timely and accurate delivery of complex audits
- Supervise and execute internal?audit engagements, execute or support fraud investigations, assess internal controls, risk management and governance processes in line with the Global Internal Audit Standards;
- Perform the overview and analysis of processes through research, data analytics and interviews with subject matter expert employees to determine risks and opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency and provide reasonable assurance;
- Develop recommendations for improvements of controls and business processes;
- Design and perform data analytics using specialized software and other procedures to meet engagement objectives;
- Negotiate audit findings with management and construct actionable (SMART) recommendations. Strive to resolve disputes effectively without compromising independence and objectivity;
- Follow-up management action plans;
- Support business development and growth initiatives of the practice of internal auditing through attendance professional organizations and events;
- Monitor the effectiveness and quality of audit work through undertaking effective senior manager review of the work;
- Maintain up to date internal expertise and knowledge database to provide advice for internal clients
- Communicate recommendations to all required levels of management through presentations and written internal audit reports (in English);
- Follow up of management action plans agreed with functional owners;
- Document work performed to support conclusions and recommendations;
- Develop and retain talented people through strong leadership and coaching/mentoring relationships;
- Deal with day-to-day team matters, including feedback on performance on the job, relevant the recruitment process, team welfare;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Legal or Engineering is desirable;
- Advanced spoken and written English is a must (audit reports are written in English);
- FMCG Business Processes Knowledge will be advantage;
- Experience in Big 4 will be an advantage;
- 3-5 years of internal audit function leadership experience;
- Can act independently even under pressure or influence;
- SAP experienced user;
- CIA, CFE, ACCA Certification will be advantage;
- Fast learning (able to quickly understand and analyze new processes in new areas);
- Acquaintance with data analysis tools;
- Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to personal development;
- Comfort in dealing with ambiguity, stress, multitasking;
- Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively;
- Motivated to improve processes and able to implement changes;
- Strong technical, analytical, and decision-making skills; ability to analyze, interpret, and summarize information;
- Professional assertiveness and strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of management; ability to convince and negotiate;
- Good presentation and written communication skills;
- Domestic travel might be required;
