We are currently looking for a PR Manager for partnerships with influencers and our target audience (Preferably in Bali)
Mission and Results:
- Identify the target audience, which includes investors and decision makers.
- Research the appropriate niche with our audience.
- Identify and contact relevant influencers.
- Negotiate placements and collaborations with influencers.
- Interact with media, Telegram channels, and bloggers.
- Work with texts: editing long reads, writing press releases, and preparing comments.
- Participate in organizing press events.
- Ensure regular publications.
- Participate in the development of communication strategies and brainstorming sessions.
Key Competencies:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in real estate PR or in agencies (Investment Real Estate is huge bonus).
- Able to find contacts and negotiate publications.
- Result-oriented, communicative, proactive, and independent.
- Experience working with the real estate market in South East Asia (huge bonus)
- Possess personal contacts with real estate journalists.
- Knowledge of current real estate agenda in Bali (huge bonus).
- Skills in planning and systematizing information.
- Experience in PR planning and creating content plans.
- Ability to prepare reports, structure, and graphically present information.
- Proficient in Russian and English language.
