Main Accountabilities:
- Incident Investigation Oversight: Oversee the daily operations and activities related to incident investigations, ensuring a robust response to violations or identified gaps;
- Investigation Management: Develop and execute detailed plans for incoming reports, supervise incident investigations, and ensure resolutions are timely and of high quality;
- Policy Development and Implementation: Collaborate with department heads to create and enforce comprehensive investigation processes and compliance policies;
- Compliance Program Management: Lead the deployment and effective management of the Compliance Program in Russia, including conducting audits, risk assessments, and developing relevant policies and procedures
- Strategic Compliance Enhancements: Implement strategic initiatives to strengthen compliance controls and enhance the overall performance and productivity of the organization;
- Training and Risk Assessments: Conduct regular training sessions and risk assessments involving senior management and high-risk employee groups;
- Remedial Measures and Compliance Leadership: Direct compliance efforts and manage the implementation of corrective actions for compliance issues;
- Reporting: Regularly present updates and reports to the Board of Directors and relevant committees concerning ethics, compliance, and audit findings.
Requirements:
- University Degree, education in Legal is an advantage;
- Strong understanding of legal guidelines and procedures;
- Experience in developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies;
- Demonstrated ability to audit and formulate reports that reflect the company’s compliance;
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping;
- Deep understanding of financial business processes;
- Proven ability to execute projects effectively;
- The level of English is not lower than intermediate;
- Good presentation and written communication skills;
- Domestic travel might be required to audit locations.
