The mission

Our client is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Procurement team of 4 people. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the procurement process, ensuring the timely and efficient acquisition of goods for their organization.

The Role

• Manage the Commercial Bid Evaluation including structuring the offer and negotiating with suppliers (conditions and terms)
• Coordinate the procurement process, obtaining quotes, and creating purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchases and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with stakeholders regarding stock replenishment.
• Participate in evaluating suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their procurement needs and provide support in sourcing the required goods and services.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate payment and reconciliation of invoices.

The Candidate

• Higher degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role with Engineering materials / equipment /solutions
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using procurement software and MS Office suite.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• English
