Responsibilities:- Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Lead, you will develop and execute influence marketing and social media function across all social channels for Haier brands;
- Identify and build relationships with bloggers, prominent influencers, celebrities, and content creators;
- Generate engaging and targeted publications on various social media platforms to promote discounts and foster brand visibility;
- Work closely with internal and external teams to develop engaging tactics with our user-generated content, third-party (influencers, bloggers) content;
- Coordinate production for social media channels;
- Organize and manage video and photo production process in Haier own studio in Moscow;
- Build strong relationships with external partners, social media contacts and suppliers;
- Moderate and manage brand presence on Haier social media, and other relevant platforms
- 3+ years of proven Social Media Manager with different industries experience;
- Advanced working knowledge of digital media trends and strategies, with an emphasis on social media and content marketing;
- Hands-on experience in content planning management;
- Excellent copywriting skills;
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video);
- Solid knowledge of Social media ADS, Analytic tools and social media scheduling and reporting tools;
- Self-starter who thrives with the autonomy to recommend and initiate work on projects with minimal direction

- Experience and passion for film, music, pop culture and technologies;
- Love of entertainment and desire to work for a company that is challenging;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Russian and English;
- Track record of strategic planning, creative thinking and delivery on major social media/digital campaigns
