RED is a young and fast-growing real estate startup!
We are developing affiliate directions and attracting clients for developers and real estate agencies worldwide. Our team consists of more than 40 highly qualified specialists, and our client portfolio is distributed across Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the UAE. We are actively expanding and need a talented Senior International Digital Marketing Manager ready to change the world with us!
Conditions: Fully remote work with a 5/2 schedule;
Location: Doesn’t matter (we try to adhere to Moscow time zone);
Skills we want to see in the candidate:
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing;
- Experience managing a team of at least 5 people;
- Knowledge of the B2B segment and experience with Western markets;
- Analytical mindset and understanding of all aspects of digital marketing;
- Experience with English-speaking audiences;
- English language (from B2).
As a plus:
- Experience in the real estate sector;
- Proven successful cases in foreign markets;
What you will be doing:
- Creating and implementing marketing strategies;
- Establishing new processes and forming a strong marketing team;
- Attracting new clients and increasing company revenue;
- Opening new regions and conquering markets;
- Developing the brand and maintaining its reputation;
- Conducting marketing research;
- Testing new funnels and marketing tools.
