To keep on growing and succeeding internationally, we are looking for a highly motivated, proactive and organized Product Expansion Manager with strong project management and research skills to join our Global Expansion Team.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects related to Flowwow’s international growth. Currently we are focusing on several regions: UAE, Spain, Mexico and Turkey. This role will involve conducting in-depth market research, custdevs, analyzing data, developing and executing plans to foster our expansion efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine user needs, product requirements and Flowwow USP;
• Gather and analyze user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and preferences;
• Work with research agencies (potentially): recruiting, overseeing the research process, analyzing the results, sharing findings with the team, and translating them into practical hypotheses;
• Find respondents for interviews and surveys, schedule interviews, manage bookings and handle any rescheduling needs;
• Analyze user needs and formulate functional and design requirements for the product;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable insights;
• Evaluate product effectiveness based on product performance metrics and user feedback to measure the impact of product changes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, research, or related roles;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret multiple data sets and draw actionable insights;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities simultaneously;
• Ability to learn quickly and approach problems with a highly organized and logical mindset;
• Be prepared for uncertainty and ad-hoc tasks;
• Fluency in English, C1+;
• Spanish proficiency is an advantage;
• Experience in Global Expansion of IT products is a plus;
• Experience in working with user recruitment tools, user testing tools is a plus;
