Our client, a large industrial company with an extensive portfolio of current and planned projects, is looking for an effective manager for the role of:
Regional Sourcing Manager (Industrial Sector)
The role is located in Moscow, with the office positioned in the city center. The company is ready to offer a relocation package for the finalist from another region.
Objectives
-
Developing a strategy for direct and indirect procurement: sourcing and contracting for all company projects, including manufacturing.

Managing a team and forming an effective organizational structure for the department.
-
Market research to diversify the supplier base.
-
Reducing the timeframes for tender procedures and supplier contract negotiations.
-
Analyzing procurement spend and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
-
Optimizing payment terms under existing contracts.
-
Collaborating with related functions to automate business processes.
Expectations

Higher education.
-
Experience in successfully managing the sourcing function in leading industrial companies with annual procurement spend of several billion rubles.

Expertise in direct procurement, encompassing raw materials, supplies, and spare parts.

Experience collaborating with foreign suppliers is a significant advantage.

Proficiency in English at least at an Intermediate level.

Strong leadership and communication skills, goal-oriented with a focus on results.
