We are looking for a System Analyst to join our Haqqex Team.

About us:

Haqqex is a digital asset trading firm that offers independent crypto-custody and trading hundreds of crypto assets in compliance with Sharia law. The company is based in the UAE, and its mission is to provide a platform for digital asset trading within Islamic ethics.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand the system requirements by staying engaged with various departments and individuals to gather comprehensive information about their needs and expectations.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of the organization's current workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the existing systems and identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Convert the identified requirements into detailed system specifications and workflows by creating comprehensive documentation that outlines the functionality, user interface, data flow, and system architecture.
• Develop test plans and strategies to ensure the functionality and reliability of the system by designing test cases, executing tests, and documenting the results to ensure that the system meets the defined requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to users and stakeholders by addressing system-related issues, resolving any technical glitches, and providing guidance on the proper use of the system.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the proper implementation of the system.
• Provide guidance and support during the development process by reviewing the progress, and ensuring that the final product aligns with the specified requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably in the Cryptocurrency Exchange industry.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and improving IT systems.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and lifecycle processes.
• Proficient in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
