Job responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute online community operation strategies for the Russian mobile and electronic products market, including social media platform management, content publishing, interactive activity organization, etc.
2. Monitor product comments on market platforms, provide personalized replies, resolve user issues and disputes, maintain brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
3. Regularly analyze and evaluate community operation effectiveness, adjust and optimize operation strategies based on data results to enhance user engagement and brand influence.
4. Collaborate with smartphone and electronic product brands to plan and execute online activities, promote promotional events, and increase brand exposure and sales.
5. Post discount information and promotions on discount forums and electronic product forums, respond to user comments, resolve disputes, and manage comments to maintain product and brand reputation.
6. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, including marketing, customer service, etc., to drive business development and achieve company objectives.
Requirements:
1. Fluency in English for effective written and verbal communication.
2. In-depth understanding of the mobile and electronic products market, with a comprehensive knowledge of smartphone products and brands, capable of accurately conveying product features and advantages.
3. Thorough knowledge of social media platforms in the Russian market, including VKontakte, Instagram, Telegram, forums, and discount forums, understanding user characteristics, operational mechanisms, and promotional methods of each platform.
4. Experience in social media platform management, able to independently develop and execute community operation strategies, including content publishing, interactive activity organization, etc.
5. Strong teamwork spirit and communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-departmental teams to achieve project implementation and goals.
6. Problem-solving and dispute resolution skills, capable of effectively handling user feedback and complaints, providing timely and reasonable solutions.
7. Proficiency in data analysis and monitoring, capable of utilizing data analysis tools to evaluate and optimize community operation effectiveness.
8. Experience in product comment management on market platforms, able to provide personalized replies, resolve disputes, manage comments, and post information on discount forums.
Mac user: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Figma, Keynote etc.
