Procter & Gamble’s Data Analytics Managers influence business strategy, pricing decisions, retail and supply chain designs, media investments, and more. We use our boundless curiosity to discover what consumers want, why they want it, and how we can influence them through immersive exploration, in-depth analysis, and advanced modeling.

You’ll mine and integrate multiple data sources, derive significant insights, and translate sophisticated machine learning or econometric models into simple conclusions that empower us to win with consumers. You’ll be a primary driver of insights impacting key business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve analytical programs and present the results of your business unit/category/region to top management

• Analyze variable and granular data of your business and apply advanced models to deliver insights across diverse business domains

• Anticipate and address critical business questions/opportunities and deliver insights to the business in ways that make a significant impact

• Apply data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) and analytics tools (Python, R, SQL, KNIME/Alteryx) to grasp insights from our big data

• Collaborate with a multi-functional team (Marketing, Finance, Sales, etc.) to improve key business priorities based on your data-driven insights

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Physics, Analytics, etc.) or equivalent work experience

• Experience using analytics techniques (AI/Machine Learning, Econometrics, Operations Research, Statistics, Root Cause Diagnostics) to tackle business problems

• Ability to demonstrate and translate sophisticated data into simple conclusions and practical business actions

• Strong interpersonal including influencing skills to partner with different levels of stakeholders

• Data management and visualization skills, including experience with any of the following tools: Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP/SPSS (or similar)

• Proficiency in Python/R or demonstrated technical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to apply a consultative mindset, while being data-savvy and passionate about discovering new ways of doing things

• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
