OKS LABS is a consulting business launched more than 3 years ago by ex Partners of Big3 and Big4 and focusing on professional consulting services for major Russian and international clients. We keep expanding our business and now look for Senior Legal Counsel / Head of Legal to join our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Full legal support of the company’s business in Russia and abroad
- Full ownership of the contracting process, work in close collaboration with business and finance teams, preparation and update of templates
- Drafting, review and negotiation of agreements with Russian and foreign counterparts (including bi-lingual agreements), direct communications with clients on corporate finance, M&A, valuation, management consulting, government supplies, forensic, IP and other matters
- Preparation of legal documents to participate in tenders, including supplies under 223 Federal Law
- Drafting and implementation of legal, compliance and related policies and procedures. Arrangement of training for the business teams
- Support on corporate matters
- Work in collaboration with external counsel for contracts under foreign jurisdictions
Our ideal candidate has:
- Law degree from a reputable state university (MSU, MSLU etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of civil, corporate, labor law, M&A, state supplies
- 5+ years of experience as in-house lawyer or in law firm
- 1+ year of management experience
- Good understanding of consulting business and experience as in-house lawyer in consulting or valuation company will be a strong advantage
- Upper intermediate or fluent English is a must
- Team player with client-centric attitude and ability to deal multiple tasks
