We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead our new projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. He/she will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Develop full-scale project timeline and associated documents
- Act as the project interface for the external clients, partners, and their representatives
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
- Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
Must-have Requirements
- Proven working experience in project management
- Experience in leading projects with state-owned companies
- Familiarity with Scrum & Agile methodologies
- English — upper-intermediate or higher
Qualifications
- Experience in leading complicated tech projects (ideally, developing of products at the intersection of hardware & software)
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Jira
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
