Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans to track progress and allocate resources effectively.
- System Implementation and Integration: Oversee the implementation of the new IT system, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems. Address and resolve any technical challenges that arise during implementation.
- Quality Assurance and Testing: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the IT system meets or exceeds technical specifications and business requirements. Coordinate testing phases to identify and rectify issues.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure the project aligns with business needs.
- Budget Management: Monitor and control project costs within the allocated budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT project management, preferably in the financial services or Fintech sector.
- Strong understanding of IT systems development, implementation, and integration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Proficiency English and Russian
