Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Verify and follow up the production schedule issued by the suppliers;
- Analysis of quality requirements set out by the Customer for the Project;
- Technical audits of potential vendors in line with Project requirements;
- Assesses the availability and completeness of qualification certificates for welders and welding specialists in accordance with the requirements of Russian (NAKS) and international standards (ASME, AWS, ISO);

Determines the validity of the application of welding (surfacing) technologies for certain types of equipment;

Review of all quality control documentation provided by the Customer, vendors, subvendors for the Project;
- Track orders from placement through delivery;
- Progress reports preparation and following the criticalities.
Successful candidate profile:
- Higher education (technical);
- Relevant experience no less than 5 years;
- Successful participation in multinational EPC projects;
- Good knowledge of fabrication process for Rotating, Static Equipment, Electrical and Instrumentation, Piping and Steel Structures;
- Knowledge of International and Russian standards for different types of equipment (ASME, API, GOST, etc.);
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques;
- Capability to read and understand mechanical general arrangement drawings, layouts, P&ID, Wiring Diagram, etc.;

Welding engineer certificate (IWE / IWI) as a plus;
- Ability to work carefully with information and large amount of data;
- English?–intermediate level?(both oral & written).
