We're in search of a skilled Blockchain Security Researcher with ample experience to join our dynamic team. As a member of our team, you'll play a vital role in safeguarding the security and reliability of Injective. Your responsibilities will include identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities, conducting thorough security assessments, and collaborating with various teams to implement effective security measures.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive security assessments of a Cosmos-based blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.

Conduct detailed analysis of potential vulnerabilities across various areas such as financial engineering, consensus mechanisms, cryptographic algorithms, and smart contract code.

Develop and implement strategies to identify and mitigate security threats effectively.

Stay updated with emerging security threats and vulnerabilities within the blockchain domain.

Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate robust security measures into blockchain systems.

Offer guidance on secure coding practices, cryptographic implementations, and overall system security.

Actively participate in incident response activities, including investigation and mitigation of security incidents.

Develop and maintain incident response plans tailored to blockchain security incidents.

Produce detailed reports on security assessments, vulnerabilities, and recommended mitigations.

Document security policies, procedures, and best practices pertaining to blockchain security.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

English at C1-C2.

At least 3 years of experience in blockchain security research, focusing on identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with popular blockchain platforms and associated security challenges.

Proficiency in blockchain technologies, cryptography, and smart contract security.

Strong programming skills, particularly in languages commonly used in blockchain development like Solidity, Go or Rust.

Knowledge of fuzzing, static/dynamic analysis, pen testing, or formal verification is desirable.

Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
